This studio policy has been designed to ensure that you get the tattoo you want and are happy to wear forever and to develop a solid artist/client relationship, while also insuring our time is respected and our schedule remains workable. Here at B.List we have great respect for all our clients and this policy ensures that the respect is reciprocal.
You must be over 18 years of age to get tattooed.
You will be unable to get tattooed and risk losing your deposit if you refuse or are unable to sign a consent form prior to being tattooed.
Consultations are free of charge with no obligation.
Both Artist and Client reserve the right to not proceed any further after the consultation or design period. In the event of a Customer cancellation at the design stage, deposit is forfeit to cover design costs up to that point.
A deposit will be required to secure your appointment (cash, eftpos or bank transfer). We won’t start any design work without a deposit down.
Deposits are non-refundable for any reason. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at minimum 72 hours in advance, otherwise a new deposit towards your next appointment may be required. We may make exceptions at our discretion due to extreme circumstances(significant illness, emergency/family matters, etc) and in these matters the Management decision is final.
After three reschedules you will lose your deposit and will be required to put down another deposit to reschedule. You are welcome to cancel your appointment at any time, but this will forfeit any deposits paid towards your appointments. Clients who excessively cancel or “no-show” may be required to pay at least half or in some cases in full for their appointments before being scheduled.
